The Little Warrior program curriculum is specifically designed for children between the ages of 4 - 7 and has its own motivational belt system. The course teaches the Best of Kickboxing, Karate, and Tae Kwon Do for your child's Stand Up skills, as well as, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for Ground Defence. My 3 girls take lessons at Warrior Mixed Martial Arts. They all started when they were 4-5 years old and we have been there for almost 6 years. As a mom to girls, it's important to me that they will know how to defend themselves and this studio is definitely the right place for them to learn. It feels like a second home due to the incredible instructors. We highly recommend this MMA studio.

Our son was navigating extreme anxiety since the pandemic started. He was 6 years old when the pandemic started. We brought him to Warriors hoping for a community that would help him be more confident in himself and the world around him. Today our son is so different. He participates in anything Warriors that he can. He is confident to go out in social setting without us. He has begun using his voice and communicating his needs and his dreams. Warriors is more than we could have hoped for. This is absolutely the place you want to bring your children.
