While learning their K-1 Kickboxing and Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu our teens are taught relevant skills such as:

- Interaction with Adults in the Workplace
- Great Work Ethic

- Drug Avoidance
- Sportsmanship

All emails I've ever sent have been replied to and could not be any happier. My son loves training here and the instructors makes him feel at home. They are very encouraging and supportive.!

My son has been attending Warrior for 4 years and we have had nothing but extremely positive experiences! The instructors are well versed in their disciplines and it shows as it translates to my son's technique and growing love for the sport. Thank you Warrior for increasing his confidence while teaching him discipline and respect! As long as we live in York Region, Warrior will be his mma home!

Both of my teenage sons did the trial class and they were hooked! I signed them up the same night.
I was very impressed with the instructor's and gym's philosophy regarding new students. I heard them tell the kids to not go all out on someone who is new or of lesser skill level than yourself. But instead use it as a learning opportunity to teach them a skill. Because if the new person is being owned every time they come to class, they're defeated mentally before they even set foot in the gym. And we don't want to be that kind of gym. Wow!
Love the mental philosophy that's being taught along with the inherent discipline and practical knowledge of martial arts. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
